Reservation Policy and Agreement

1. We have a two night minimum stay requirement and give a 20% discount for stays of 4 nights or more. Cleaning fees are included our cabin rental prices. A valid credit card is required to hold your cabin reservation. Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
2. Cancellation policy: A two week notification of cancellation prior to the reservation date is required. If one group rents multiple cabins a 30 day cancellation notice is required. A $100 cancellation fee per cabin rented will be charge to the credit card used to hold your reservation if you do not follow the above cancellation guidelines. We understand that emergencies do arise, so if you have to cancel your reservation after the deadline we will charge the credit card on file as stated and send you a voucher for that amount to use on a subsequent stay at Whispering Ridge Cabins.
3. An extra fee of $10.00 per night per person will be charged for additional people over the maximum allotted amount of people per cabin as stated in our cabin descriptions.
4. Upon check out the cabin will be left in good order. All dishes will be washed and left drying in the sink or put away. Any damages or additional cleaning resulting from a guest's stay will be charged to your credit card. The minimum fee for this is $50.00. You will be notified by telephone or in writing before any damage or cleaning charges are applied. Fortunately, this is a very rare occurrence as most people are conscientious.
5. Pets are allowed, but Whispering Ridge Cabins management must be notified in advance. All pets must be on a leash when walked outside the cabin. Pets can only be left alone in a cabin if the guest provides a cage or portable kennel. The pet must be on a flea preventative medication. There is a $25.00 surcharge for pets.
6. Please check in at the office upon your arrival. It is important to give an approximate time of your arrival so we can make sure your cabin is ready for you. Please notify us if your will be a late arrival (after 9p.m). If a late arrival time is required we will charge the credit card on file, leave your cabin unlocked with lights on and key inside. Directions will be left on the office door with instructions on how to get to your cabin. Your credit card receipts and reservation form will be left on dining room table of your cabin for you to sign and return to the office the next day. A secure drop box is mounted outside office door for this purpose if the office is closed.
7. No smoking is allowed inside the cabins. Please remember this is a heavily wooded area; never throw cigarettes on the ground. There is a container for cigarettes provided on cabin porch.
