1. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your cabin. It will be called in for authorization/approval on your credit card. Cancellation policy: A full refund will be given with 14 day notification of cancellation prior to the reservation date. Otherwise the full amount of the deposit is charged to your credit card. If you are renting multiple cabins a 30 day cancellation is required. You will be billed in full if this is not done. 2. Pets are allowed as long as we are notified in advance. All pets must be on a leash when outside of cabin. NO PET IS ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CABIN, UNLESS THE PET IS IN A PORTABLE KENNEL. There is a $25 one time per pet surcharge. If you have any questions, please ask. 3. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or additional cleanup and charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to advise other guests of all rules. 4. Extra people over the maximum amount that each cabin holds in a comfortable fashion, will be a $10.00 per person per night charge. 5.Check in at the office upon arrival. Please notify us in advance of your approximate arrival time. If you will be arriving after 9p.m.we will charge the credit card on file and leave directions to your cabin on the front door of the office. Your cabin will be left unlocked with key inside and lights on. 6. Check in time is 3 PM and check out is 12 noon. 7. By emailing your acknowledgement of the credit card deposit authorization, you are in agreement with the rules and cancellation policy of Whispering Ridge Cabins. Payment by credit card will be billed to your account under our corporation name "Yamazato"

WHISPERING RIDGE CABINS DIRECTIONS
From Atlanta: Take I-75 North to exit 293 (Hwy 411, White, Ga.- Chatsworth exit). Stay on Hwy 411 approximately 70 miles. Go past Benton, TN. Turn right on Hwy 30 and continue 6 miles to Reliance. Turn left onto Hwy 315(Tellico Reliance Rd) ,this crosses over the Hiwassee River..Go north 5 miles to Yellow Jacket Dr on the right (across from the Servilla Baptist Church). You will see a large sign that says Whispering Ridge Cabins. Turn right and go down the driveway to the first large brown building on left. This is the office for Whispering Ridge Cabins. We will direct you from there. Welcome to the Mountains!
From Birmingham, Alabama: 59 North to Chattanooga. Take I-75 North to Cleveland exit 20. This is the Cleveland bypass APD 40 also called Hwy 60. Go approximately 8-10 miles . On your right take the exit marked Cherokee National Forest/ Ocoee exit this exit ramp will veer right onto Highway 64 East . Stay on 64 east to the 411 North exit (there is a McDonald's just before exit). Make a right onto exit then a left at bottom of ramp onto Hwy 411. Take 411 north through the town of Benton staying on 411 for approximately 6 more miles . Turn right on to Hwy 30 to Reliance, go approximately 6 miles on Hwy 30 to Hwy 315 (this crosses over the Hiwassee River).Turn left onto Hwy 315 go north 5 miles to Yellow Jacket Dr. (across from the Servilla Baptist Church). From Knoxville, TN: I-75 south to exit 60 (Sweetwater exit) Turn left a end of exit ramp on to Highway 68 east. Continue on 68 approximately 25 miles to Tellico Plains,TN. You will see a welcome to Tellico Plains sign. Continue on 68 a few more miles to Highway 39 west. Turn right onto Hwy 39 west(if you see a shopping center with a CVS Pharmacy on the right you missed the turn). Continue on 39 west 3-4 miles to Junction 315. You will veer to the left onto Highway 315 and go approximately 8 miles to Whispering Ridge Cabins and Yellow Jacket Drive. You will see a large sign that says Whispering Ridge Cabins. Turn left and go down the driveway to the first large brown building on the left. This is the office for Whispering Ridge Cabins. We will direct you from there. Welcome to the Mountains!
