
RESERVATION POLICY:
1. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve your cabin. It will be called in for authorization/approval on your credit card. Cancellation policy: A full refund will be given with 14 day notification of cancellation prior to the reservation date. Otherwise the full amount of the deposit is charged to your credit card. If you are renting multiple cabins a 30 day cancellation is required. You will be billed in full if this is not done.
2. Pets are allowed as long as we are notified in advance. All pets must be on a leash when outside of cabin. NO PET IS ALLOWED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CABIN, UNLESS THE PET IS IN A PORTABLE KENNEL. There is a $25 one time per pet surcharge. If you have any questions, please ask.
3. Guests will be held responsible for any damages or additional cleanup and charged accordingly. It is your responsibility to advise other guests of all rules.
4. Extra people over the maximum amount that each cabin holds in a comfortable fashion, will be a $10.00 per person per night charge.
5.Check in at the office upon arrival. Please notify us in advance of your approximate arrival time. If you will be arriving after 9p.m.we will charge the credit card on file and leave directions to your cabin on the front door of the office. Your cabin will be left unlocked with key inside and lights on.
6. Check in time is 3 PM and check out is 12 noon.
7. By emailing your acknowledgement of the credit card deposit authorization, you are in agreement with the rules and cancellation policy of Whispering Ridge Cabins. Payment by credit card will be billed to your account under our corporation name "Yamazato"
